Ikea PS Organizer Impressions: Not a wardrobe?

Just wrote up my thoughts on the Ikea BREIM and decided to check out the other product, the IKEA PS Organizer, sitting right next to it on the Ikea.ca website. So, what else could CA$ 39.99 get a person under the "Wardrobes" section?
A Whitmore Garment Rack

Ikea PS Organizer First Impressions: It's got them wheels
Going off the product photos on the Ikea.ca product page for the IKEA PS Organizer (601.224.71), I was initially confused as to why it looked round in a photo. The organizer looked rectangular or squared from the front. Were there two versions? Reviewing the "Assembly instruction" document cleared things up for me: the back was supposedly round. Overall, I got the impression that this was a frame on three wheels that supported a cloth shell and had removable shelves. It looked like it had a hanger across the top but that using it would render at least one shelf unusable. Under the "Product description," terms that got my attention were "steel" and "polyester."

While there didn't appear to be many parts to assemble in the instructions, I tried following the steps mentally and got slightly confused with how to mount the cloth shell. With the IKEA PS Organizer actually in hand, it likely would be doable. I assumed that the shelves would be attached by Velcro but this did not appear to be the case -- there was some sort of strap involved.
Three Legs
The dimensions listed on the site were 52 cm x 68 cm x 164 cm (width x depth x height). Why did 164 cm sound so familiar? Oh right, that's my height give or take a centimeter -- I'm about 5'4" or 163 cm. My Whitmor garment rack, also on wheels, was approximately that height as well, so it gave me a bit of a visual aid. I used the Whitmor rack happily for years -- still do -- but it rarely got moved. The width at 52 cm felt a bit narrow but the 68 cm depth was not. My Ikea ANEBODA wasn't that deep and my clothes could hang inside sideways with the door closed.

Only an IKEA PS Organizer with a black colored shell was available on Ikea.ca when I checked in March 2017. I could see the top getting pretty dusty over time and showing it without regular cleaning, but better the shell than the clothes? And under "Package Information," the listed weight was "8 lb 13 oz" which seemed pretty manageable to me.

I also have to admit that I'm not a big fan of things on three wheels. Something to do with me knocking over a camera tripod -- without a camera mounted. And an experience with a huge loaded wheelbarrow being navigated through a narrow alley. What does this have to do with the IKEA PS Organizer? The organizer appears to have three wheels and a relatively narrow width. With upper shelves and/or the hanger loaded with clothes near the top, I can see this thing getting top-heavy. There's no way for me to know how the IKEA PS Organizer handles without actually messing around with one. However, it's something I'd watch out for if I ever had to use one -- moving or still.

Final Thoughts
And that's the IKEA PS Organizer. I like the idea of a relatively cheap wardrobe -- wait, "organizer" -- on wheels with a shell to maybe limit the dust. The completed size and weight also looked quite manageable to me in case there was a need to move it. Not so sure about the three wheels and width though. I have concerns about stability but haven't used it before so can't be sure.
