I don't know what an "IKEA Family member" is, so good luck if you're American. But in case you're in Canada, you don't have to worry; it's just a "New Lower Price" here. What I'm talking about is the price of LEDARE LED bulbs at Ikea: the price has recently dropped (in the past week?) for the 8.5W or 40W incadescent equivalent bulbs.
They used to go for $14.99 in Canada, and now they're $9.99 a piece.
For Americanas, the price has gone from $12.99 to $8.99 a pop.
The 4.5W or 25W equivalent is wierdly priced more expensive than the 8.5W. Guess it'll either come down in price or be classified as a "specialty" bulb.
